From plush banquettes and traditional seating to the theatrical display at the sushi counter, the restaurant is the perfect accompaniment to the rest of the Japanese inspired hotel. Fusing the best of Japan with a Scandinavian design aesthetic, the hotel is calming and tranquil. The name Akatoki is an old Japanese expression meaning sunrise or dawn. Following the theme, after dinner, guests can retire for a cocktail or two at the stylish and intimate The Malt Lounge & Bar.
